NEXT THREE
Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Next Three helps people discover movies based on the films they select, their preferences, and their feedback. This policy describes how Next Three handles information when you use the app.
Information you provide
You can select movies you have watched, save movies for later, and choose genres, streaming services, and viewing options. You can also rate movies from 1 to 5 stars and enter an optional U.S. ZIP code for theater searches. We use those choices to suggest movies and remember your preferences. Earlier thumbs-up or thumbs-down ratings remain saved until you change them.
If you choose Google sign in, Google and Supabase process your sign in. Depending on the permissions and settings shown during sign in, account information may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. Supabase uses account information to authenticate you and associate saved preferences with your account. We do not receive your Google password.
Facebook sign in may be offered if configured. If you use it, Facebook and Supabase process your sign in and provide the account information you authorize. The permissions shown to you during sign in govern what is shared.
How we store and use information
The app stores your choices, including an optional ZIP code, in your browser’s local storage. If you sign in, the app can also store your movie preferences with your Supabase account so you can use them across devices. Your choices help the app generate recommendations for you. Next Three does not display advertising.
Account preferences remain stored until they are changed or an account deletion request is handled. Service providers may retain backups or operational logs according to their own settings and policies.
Service providers and external links
Cloudflare hosts and runs the app. Supabase provides authentication and account storage. The app uses The Movie Database (TMDB) for movie information and streaming availability supplied through TMDB’s partnership with JustWatch. Movie searches and selected movie identifiers and filters are sent to TMDB to retrieve results. Your browser may also connect directly to TMDB to load poster images, and to jsDelivr to load software used by the app.
Service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, as needed to operate and protect their services.
If you choose a Google showtime search, the movie title and your saved ZIP code (if provided) are sent to Google as search terms. Google Fonts provides the typefaces used by the site. Links to viewing information may take you to another website. Google, Facebook, Cloudflare, Supabase, TMDB, JustWatch, jsDelivr, and other websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can remove movie selections in the app and change your preferences and ratings. You can clear local app data using your browser settings. Clearing browser data does not itself delete information saved to a signed in account.
To request deletion of your account and saved preferences, email jhurdich@gmail.com. Requests are handled manually. You may also use that address to ask about or request correction of your information.
